Mark A. Chapman is a partner of Chapman Zaransky LLP, a boutique law firm practicing primarily in the areas of real estate litigation, landlord/tenant litigation and commercial leasing. Clients include real estate management companies, retail companies, real estate investors and developers, as well as individual tenants. Mr. Chapman represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions and in actions and proceedings before the Courts of the City and State of New York from case inception through trial and appeal. Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Chapman was a partner at a prominent landlord/tenant law firm, and offers clients more than a decade of experience in handling literally thousands of legal matters.
